Returns & Refunds

Every COMINRUUDE piece is made to order — printed and produced for you once you place your order. That keeps our drops limited and low-waste, and it shapes how returns work. Here's the straight talk.

Made to order

Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we don't hold general stock and can't accept "changed my mind" returns on correctly-produced items. Please check the size guide before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered — we've got you, 100%. Email ruudestudios@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Order cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us within 12 hours of placing your order and before it enters production, and we'll cancel and refund you in full.

Your rights under Israeli law

In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and its regulations, you may cancel a transaction within 14 days of receiving the product, provided it is returned unused, unwashed, and with its original tags. A cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction value or ₪100 (whichever is lower) may apply, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. This statutory right does not apply to goods made specially for the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
